Errors & Omissions: While we strive for 100% accuracy, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur. In the event of a pricing error, Khatsama reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that item, even if the order has been confirmed and your card charged. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

Stock Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items per customer.
4. Payment & Orders

We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), Cash on Delivery (COD), and other approved digital methods.

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable), unless stated otherwise.

An order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, or delivery restrictions).
5. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Khatsama is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or the customer’s designated address.

Installation: Basic installation for appliances is provided as a courtesy. Khatsama is not responsible for any pre-existing plumbing, electrical, or structural issues at the customer’s premises that prevent installation.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Change of Mind: Returns for "change of mind" are subject to Khatsama’s approval and must be in original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Re-stocking fees may apply.

Exclusions: Hygiene products, used appliances, and items missing original serial numbers/tags are not eligible for return.

Refunds: Refunds for Credit/Debit card payments will be processed back to the original mode of payment. Please allow for bank processing times (up to 14 working days).
7. Limitation of Liability

Khatsama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products sold on our site.

Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased shall be limited to the actual price paid for that product.
8. Warranty

All products are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty only. Khatsama acts as a facilitator for warranty claims but does not provide an independent merchant warranty unless explicitly stated.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. The courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
